Providing awareness, training and support for multiple learner groups. This interactive training model is unique to Cicada.net.au. It has been developed through practice - led research in conjunction with government, non-government organisations and universities.

Positioned in a contemporary learning environment this experiential learning brings back reflection; trailing without failure; problem solving; addressing difficult issues; networking and peer sharing. Individual pathways enable learners to bring their issues into this safe learning space which has been designed to target and deliver all learning content.

Outcomes include: changes in behavior and attitudes; greater skill competency and ability to apply learning in complex life situations.
